Using environmentally friendly materials
Potius™ Panels are a sustainable building option for commercial and residential building solutions. We use FSC certified and/or sustainable Engineered Wood Products, such as NelsonPine LVL, Plywood, Orientated Strand Board and HeatLok HFO HighLift insulation.
Engineering for efficiency and performance
By specifically engineering each system by project, we minimise the amount of wood fibre used and optimise the thermal performance of our panels, providing higher than code minimum solutions. Our houses are wrapped in OSB which often provides excess bracing capacity as well as providing a rigid air barrier for a stronger and more robust structure.
Healthy Homes
By using Potius™ panels you also future proof your building, by having higher thermal performance than conventional builds, better build airtightness and less thermal bridging. This results in lower energy running costs of the lifetime of your home or building.
Minimising waste
By panelising our system in a factory we can minimise waste, while enhancing onsite construction speed (reducing weather impacts), increasing building efficiency.
