Strang House

The Strang house was designed to optimise the views and the sun. It is perched on the side of the Tahunanui Hills in Nelson with commanding views to the West, but the steep site did not lend itself to standard construction. The Potius™ panel system meant that the project quickly jumped from ‘poles in the ground’ to ‘shell up’. The high-quality build is warm and inviting for the owners and all their guests. The big openings in the living space allow people to flow out to the decks on both sides so they can follow the sun or shelter from it.
